Japan based multi-national law firm is seeking senior level individual to join an expanding team or lead a new group. You would work directly with private equity, hedge funds and real estate helping to drive cross border transactions in multiple jurisdictions. The more familiar you are with the region and its markets, the better. Japanese language skills would increase appeal. Areas of activity might include cross-border securities offers, credit financing & syndications, securitization transactions to fund related investment intermediaries in Japan and management buyouts incl. leveraged buyouts, venture capital and the regulatory issues implicated by these matters. This expanding firm is seeking senior level partnership targets.
