General counsel role with global legal senior team & business management. Would actively participate in key governance committees including both risk & compliance. Advise on the legal, regulatory & tax aspects of investment products & services. Review draft & assist in negotiations in support of business operations (ISDA swap and other derivative deals, trust deeds and trust management agreements, distribution arrangements, trademark and intel property licenses, direct market access, other brokerage service agreements) assist in establishing new institutional and retail investment products & services. Liaise with external legal and tax advisors and the global legal function. This is a senior role for a senior legal Japan player.
