Top Global Derivatives house now requires an experienced LEGAL & COMPLIANCE HEAD who wishes to take a challenging role within an expanding institution. The ideal candidate will be driven to succeed within a high-paced team centered environment. This specialized role will be directly managing a team overseeing all BOJ / MOF reports as well as all FSA / ISDA trade documentation. Similar derivatives experience would be optimum as details of specific products need to be clearly understood.International credit & securities backgrounds in Japan are CRITICAL. This post has a HIGH INCENTIVE BONUS package which may include housing and other lucrative benefits to Japanese nationals in Japan or even from overseas.
