Expanding securities house is looking for an experienced FX/Rates derivative structurer on their MTN (Medium Trim Note)desk. Experience of 3-5 years previously on MTN desk ideal, and looking for someone with good interpersonal skills.  Must be able to communicate with traders and sales effectively to help drive this business.  Japanese must be near native, and should be able to speak business level English.  Looking for technical/analytical structurer which will be able to make tailor made products according to their customer needs. Experience executing prdc deals and other exotic transactions a plus
