Top tier house is expanding their delta one trader desk and looking to hire a junior trader with some experience in delta one products like equity link swaps and forwards on major/sub indices and sectoral indices. Some index arbitrage on nikkei225 / topix would be advantageous. Index maintenance on free-floating weightings, mergers, rights issues, index definitions change and others would be ideal. Other traders with 1-3 years experience inequity markets could be considered. English is the primary language, any fluency in Japanese is an advantage.
