T1 house looking to expand their HF sales team. Main product focus is rates/derivatives, selling to off-shore and some on-shore clients. Candidate should be able to be near fluent in English and communicate in business level Japanese. Looking for someone with strong analytical and technical skills/background and at least 1+ years experience with derivatives. This international team is looking for candidates whom can help be a key player to their expanding business from day 1. Must have a JSDA and ideally should be on ground. In-pocket accounts a plus, but not necessary.
